Frans-Aert will conduct the Taipeh Philharmonic and Taipeh Chinese Orchestra (Western and Chinese repertoire) during their annual TCO International Conducting Competition. He was selected, together with 19 other conductors, from an extensive list of candidates from 28 countries. Chairman of the jury is the famous conductor-scout Jorma Panula.
